Agriculture’s Role in the Carbon Economy (analyzes the role of agriculture in the changing economy that may place a cap or value on greenhouse gas emissions, with particular attention to the role of biofuels and carbon sequestration).

North American Organics: A Comparative Analysis of US and Canadian Organic Certification Standards and Trade Issues (identifies and analyzes the developing Canadian organic certification standards in relation to the evolving US standards from a political economy perspective and suggests alternatives to facilitate trade in certified organic products).

Regulating Pollen:  A Law and Economics Approach (analyzes, from an economic efficiency perspective, the growing problem of containing pollen drift from genetically modified organisms in order to maintain identity preservation and export compatibility).

Legal Guide for the Direct Farm Business (identifies, analyzes and recommends strategies for addressing potential legal issues from the perspective of the direct farm business operation in Illinois).
